Privacy policy
This policy covers the Deze Gaming website, player support, and Through Eras: Reborn.
Who we are
Deze Gaming is the independent game studio operated by Daniel Zaharia. We are responsible for the information we process to operate our website and games and answer support requests. You can contact us at dezegaming@zohomail.eu.
Your game progress
Through Eras: Reborn stores progress, equipment, resource balances, preferences, and purchase-delivery records on your device. It does not require a Deze Gaming account and does not currently provide our own cloud-save or cross-device synchronization service. Your operating system may include app data in its backups, depending on your device settings.
The game does not request access to your contacts, microphone, camera, or precise location. We have not integrated advertising or a player-behaviour analytics service into this version.
Purchases
Payments are processed by the app store. We do not receive your payment card details or store-account password. The game and its purchase-verification service process product identifiers, transaction identifiers, signed transaction data, and purchase status to validate purchases, deliver items, restore eligible entitlements, and prevent duplicate delivery or fraud.
Purchase checks also involve technical connection information, such as an IP address. Our verification code does not write signed transaction bodies to an application database or application logs. Delivery records are retained in the local game save. The app store keeps its own purchase records under its policies and legal obligations.
We use Unity In-App Purchasing to communicate with the store. See Unity’s game-player privacy policy and Apple’s privacy policy for how these providers handle information within their services.
When you contact support
We receive the email address, message, attachments, order references, and device information you choose to send. We use them to respond to you, investigate problems, and resolve purchase questions. Our support mailbox is hosted by Zoho. Please send only information relevant to your request.
We keep support correspondence while it is needed to handle your request, resolve related disputes, or meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete it when it is no longer needed. Zoho’s processing is described in its privacy policy.
Website and technical information
Our hosting and security providers process information needed to deliver pages and protect the service, including IP addresses, browser and device information, requested URLs, request times, and technical errors. This website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. We have not added advertising pixels, marketing cookies, or a newsletter tracker.
Infrastructure providers may retain security and operational logs under their applicable retention policies. Read the OpenAI privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy policy. External websites linked from our pages operate under their own policies.
Why we process information
Where European data-protection law applies, we rely on performing the service you request for purchase delivery and related support; legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention, and responding to general enquiries; and legal obligations where records must be retained. We do not sell your personal information or use it to build advertising profiles.
Service providers and international processing
Information is shared only as needed with the providers that deliver hosting, email, purchase processing, and technical services, or when legally required. Some providers process information outside your country. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, must apply to those transfers.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of information we hold about you, and object to processing where applicable. Contact dezegaming@zohomail.eu. We may need enough information to verify your request. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Local game data can be removed by deleting the app and its data. This also removes local progress and consumable balances; it does not automatically delete app-store purchase records or operating-system backups. Contact us before deleting the app if you need help preserving progress.
Children and policy changes
We do not ask children to provide personal information in the game. If a child has sent us personal information through support, a parent or guardian can contact us to request its removal. We will update this page when our data practices change, with the date shown above.
